REFUND POLICY
At Coqui Kawaii Toys and More LLC, we offer a 4-hour cancellation grace period after purchase, during which you can cancel your order without any charges. After this period, we have a no-return/no-cancel policy, meaning we do not accept returns. However, we may offer a partial refund under certain conditions. Please consider this carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Partial Refund:
To qualify for a partial refund, you must provide an unedited video recording of you opening the delivery package and unboxing the items. The video should clearly show the tracking number. Without this, we may be unable to assist due to the nature of blind boxes.

Eligible Conditions for Partial Refund:
- Fake Items Unless specified High Quality/ Diy in Description :Full refund or a new order (please provide a video recording for help).
- Missing Accessories/Cards: Refund up to 20% of the figure’s price, or a replacement may be issued if available.
- Missing Item: Refund for the missing figure’s price, or a replacement may be issued if available.
- Wrong Item: Refund for the price difference, or a replacement may be issued if available.
- Items Lost Before Arrival: Full refund or a replacement may be issued if available.
Conditions Not Eligible for Refund:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Delays in transit due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs inspections or severe weather.
- Missing items due to a wrong shipping address provided.
- Missing items due to misconduct by domestic shipping providers (USPS, UPS, etc.) - we can assist in filing a claim with them.
Damages and Issues:
Please Record and inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item. This will help us evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refund Processing:
Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your partial refund, please contact us at coquikawaiico@gmail.com
